Returning Items After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the items promptly. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless we have agreed otherwise.

Refunds Once we receive your returned items, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to: sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed; custom or personalized items; or digital content that has been accessed.
